<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />'Trust dated September 24, 2003, wherein Rochelle M. V. Ricken and Greg B. Sharp, Husband
<br />turd Wife, were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of t�I
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, September 29, 2003, as Document No. 200312964 and contains as trust u
<br />property, the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Fractional Block Two (2) Gilberts Addition, to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska
<br />together with ail improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated September 24, 2003,
<br />owing from Truster to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
<br />above which secures this obligation.

<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed.
