<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey K.
<br />King and Jennifer L. King, Husband and Wife, Trustors, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated July 21, 2003, and recorded
<br />July 21, 2003, in the office of the Hall county recorder of Hall county, Nebraska, Document
<br />4200309309 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the East One Half of the Northwest Quarter (El/2 NW 1 /4) of
<br />Section twenty Eight (28), Township eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6t' P.M.,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the Southeast corner of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4); thence running
<br />North along the East line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1 /2 NW 1 /4) a distance of
<br />One Hundred Ninety Five and Four Tenths (195.4) Feet to the Southeast corner of Riverdale
<br />Subdivision; thence running West along the South line of Riverdale Subdivision a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Five and Nine Tenths (205.9) Feet to a point on the East line of August Street;
<br />thence running South along the prolongation of the East line of August Street a distance of one
<br />Hundred Ninety Three and Five Tenths (193.5) Feet to a point on the South line of said East Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E1 /2 NW1 /4); thence East along the South line of said East Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (El/2 NW 1 /4) a distance of Two Hundred Seven and Thirty Five Hundredths
<br />(207.35) Feet to the point of beginning.
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
