<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Philip J. VanDeWalle and Sheila
<br />VanDeWalle aka Sheila R. VanDeWalle, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 16,1997; October 9, 1998 and November 13,
<br />2003 and recorded July 22, 1997; October 27, 1998 and November 20, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Documents No. 97- 105832; 98- 110490 and 200315178 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
