<br />Deeds Office as Document No. 200110224. The property was described as
<br />follows: Lot Thirteen (13) and the Southerly Twenty -eight (28) feet Six (6) inches
<br />of Lot Eleven (11), all in Block Eleven (11), in University Place, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />2. On November 17, 2003 Antonio Constanera Martinez, a single person conveyed
<br />Title to Grace Annette Vigil, f/k/a Grace Annette Martinez, a single person by
<br />Quitclaim Deed filed December 3, 2003 in the Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 200315590. The Property was described as: Lot Thirteen (13) and
<br />the Southerly Twenty -eight (28) feet Six (6) inches of Lot Eleven (11), all in
<br />Block Eleven (11), in the University Place, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. On May 21, 2004 Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee
<br />conveyed Title to Countywide Home Loans, Inc. by Trustee's Deed filed May 24,
<br />2004 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200405133. The property
<br />was described as: Lot 13 and the Southerly 28.6 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 11, in
<br />University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />4. On May 21, 2004 Countywide Home Loans, Inc. by Camille R. Hawk, Attorney
<br />at Law, Attorney in Pact conveyed title to Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />Development by Corporation Warranty Deed filed July 19, 2004 in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office as Document No. 200407104. The property was described as: Lot
<br />13 and the Southerly 28.6 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 11, in University Place, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. There was an error
<br />in typing the legal description of the last two described deeds (legal description
<br />derived from Deed of Trust executed by Anthony Martinez and Grace Martinez,
<br />husband and wife filed March 3, 2003 in the Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 200302462) when in fact the legal should read as follows: Lot
<br />Thirteen (13) and the Southerly Twenty -eight (28) feet Six (6) inches of Lot
<br />Eleven (11� all in Block Eleven (11), in University Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
