<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott C. Lane and Cindra K.
<br />Lane, husband and wife„ to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK; the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 11, 2004 and recorded February 17, 2004 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200401390 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Seven (7), Except the East Twenty Three (23) Feet thereof, in Claussen Country View Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
