<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on January 11, 2000, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 0200000314, executed by Billie J. Pedersen and Tonya Pedersen,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association,
<br />FSB, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee;
<br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature
<br />of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You
<br />are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deeds are accelerated as of August 2, 2004; be notified that because of such default
<br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligation under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
