<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Michael D Hieb aka
<br />Michael Hieb Gail R Hieb aka Gail Hieb, Husband and Wife , to Centris Federal Credit Union for
<br />the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 05/07/2002 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, 0200205160 , has been paid
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
