<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by it&�D' ✓'v
<br />Investments, a partnership, A Partnership, Trustors, to IERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated January 11, 2001, and
<br />recorded January 17, 2001, in the office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Document #200100432 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyanee be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Parce13: Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Sothman's Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 4: Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), excepting the West
<br />One Hundred Thirty Feet (W 130') of Lot Fourteen (14) and the West One Ilundred Thirty Feet
<br />(W 130') of the South 19.88 Feet (S 19.88') of Lot Thirteen (13), Lambert's Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska.
<br />TOEGTHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
