<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall 'a
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 6, 2004, executed by Michael M Luber and �V
<br />Annette F Luber, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200401328 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of February, 2004.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />PARCEL 2 - LOT ONE (1), IN MEADOW LANE THIRD SUBDIVISION OF THE E1/2
<br />SE % OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH RANGE 9, WEST OF THE 6T" P.M.,

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 6, 2004, recorded as
<br />Document #0200401328 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
