<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County , Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 25, 2000, executed by Olson Furniture & Auction,
<br />Inc. as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200007111, at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 31 st day of August, 2000, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Eighty-One (81) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 25, 2000, recorded as
<br />Document #0200007111 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 31 si' day of August, 2000, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of July, 2004.
