<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 103382. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on April 8, 1999,
<br />as Instrument No. 99- 103681. A Corrective Deed of Trust was recorded May 5, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 104681.
<br />On or about March 31, 1999, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded April 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 103383. Said Assignment was rerecorded on April 8, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 103682. A
<br />Corrective Assignment was recorded on May 5, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 104682.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
