<br />A Single Person as Trustor to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law as Trustee for the benefit of Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Assn. of Grand Island the beneficiary named therein, dated December 23, 1985, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 85- 006337 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number 85- 006398 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of
