<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, DAVID D. MARSH AND
<br />JACQUELYN C. MARSH, HUSBAND AND WIFE to BANK OF DONIPHAN, TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF
<br />DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY named therein dated 8 -30 -1999 and recorded 9 -7 -1999 in the office of the
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as document 0099108899 in the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or

<br />FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT TWENTY TWO (22) ALL IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN ASHTON PLACE, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
