<br />(21) AND THE WESTERLY EIGHT (8) FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT TWENTY -TWO (22) ALL IN
<br />FRACTIONAL BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN ASHTON PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
