Amick <br />Box 241 <br />Doniphan, Nebraska 68832 <br />BUYERS: B &B Carpet, Inc. <br />Box 6 <br />Doniphan, Nebraska 68832 <br />Notice is hereby given that the above - parties on or about May 1, 2004, entered into an agreement <br />in which Sellers agree to sell to Buyers and Buyers agree to purchase from Sellers a parcel of real <br />estate: located at 115 W. Plum Street, Doniphan, Nebraska, and legally described as follows: <br />The west forty (40) feet of Lot 3 and the east four (4) feet of Lot 4, <br />Block One (1), Original Town, Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Sellers sell such real estate subject to patent reservations, easements of record or of use, and <br />public roads. <br />The agreement provides that Buyers shall not assign the agreement, any part thereof or any <br />interest therein, or attempt to convey said premises or any part thereof at any time prior to the full <br />payment of the balance of the purchase price without the prior written consent of the Sellers. <br />Buyers are required to pay 2004 and subsequent taxes. Real estate tax statements for 2004 and <br />subsequent years should be sent to Buyers at the above address. <br />The terms, conditions, and covenants of the transaction are specifically stated in the agreement <br />executed on or about May 1, 2004; this document is intended only to provide record notice of the <br />respective interests of the parties in such land. nn 4 <br />Carl R.
