<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island,
<br />of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trusteea
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by RIVERSIDE INVESTMENTS, INC. , as Trustor, in
<br />which EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as
<br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as
<br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated AUGUST 13,
<br />1.998 , and recorded AUGUST 17, 1998 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 98- 107988 regarding the real estate described
<br />in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated AUGUST 13, 1998 , executed by RIVERSIDE INVESTMENTS,
<br />INC. , as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and recorded on
<br />AUGUST 17, 1998 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 98- 107988 , has been paid on JULY 26, 2004
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />LOT THIRTEEN (13), IN SANTA ANITA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on JULY 26, 2004 '2004.
