<br />CHESTER C CASTOR and DONNA J CASTOR, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do
<br />hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the
<br />amount of $11,668.11, the Lease dated July 28, 2003, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC. is the Lessor and
<br />Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />LOT THIRTEEN (13) SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF
<br />KUESTER LAKE AND BEING ON A PART OF THE E1 /2SW1 /4 OF SECTION 13,
<br />TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE 6' P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $11,668.11, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null r and void and of no further force nor effect.
