<br />CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED
<br />VIDEO KINGDOM OF GRAND ISLAND, INC., A Corporation organized
<br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND
<br />OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR and
<br />JENNIFER S. O'CONNOR, Husband and Wife, Grantee, as Joint Tenants,
<br />whether one or more, the following described real estate in Hall
