<br />office of the county recorder of HALL County, State of Nebraska.
<br />Legal Description: THE SOUTH HALF O FTHE NW QUARTER (S1 /2NW1 /4) OF SECTION
<br />TWENTY -ONE 21 TOWNSHIP 12 N RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. HALL CNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Flagstar Bank, FSB, f /k /a First Security Savings Bank, FSB Hereby substitutes and
<br />appoints themselves as Trustee in lieu of the above Trustee, under said Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />Whereas said SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE, pursuant to the request of said owner and holder
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust DOES HEREBY RECONVEY
