200407497 11759404 TAX SERVICE RIDER TO THE MORTGAGE/DEED OF TRUST THIS RIDER is made this 22ND day of July, 2004 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the Undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure Botrowees Note (the "Note ") to America's MoneyLine Inc. (the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: 302 W PINE ST, DONIPHAN, Nebraska 68832 (Property Address) As used in this Rider the term " Lender" includes Lender's successors and assigns and the company servicing the Note on Lender's behalf. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the "Uniform Covenants" section of the Security Instrument, paragraph 3, "Funds for Escrow Items " ", Lender may require Borrower to pay a one -time charge for a real estate tax reporting service, which may be either an independent real estate tax reporting service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law does not permit Lender to make such a charge. Any such charge shall appear on the HUD -1 Settlement Statement signed by Borrower in connection with this loan.
