200407497 <br />11759404 <br />TAX SERVICE RIDER TO THE MORTGAGE/DEED OF TRUST <br />THIS RIDER is made this 22ND day of July, 2004 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to <br />amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the <br />same date given by the Undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure Botrowees Note (the "Note ") to America's <br />MoneyLine Inc. (the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security <br />Instrument and located at: <br />302 W PINE ST, DONIPHAN, Nebraska 68832 <br />(Property Address) <br />As used in this Rider the term " Lender" includes Lender's successors and assigns and the company servicing <br />the Note on Lender's behalf. <br />Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the "Uniform Covenants" section of the Security <br />Instrument, paragraph 3, "Funds for Escrow Items " ", Lender may require Borrower to pay a one -time <br />charge for a real estate tax reporting service, which may be either an independent real estate tax reporting <br />service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law does not permit Lender to make <br />such a charge.
