<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice- of Default filed for record April 21, 2004, and
<br />recorded i n t he r ecords of t he R egister o f D eeds o f H all C ounty, N ebraska a s Instrument N o. 2 004-
<br />03914. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by DeAnn E. Stubbs, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Major Mortgage is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record April 14, 2000
<br />and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200003026.
<br />On or about April 14, 2000, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment
<br />was recorded May 26, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200004306.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
