<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by THOMAS L. ANDERSON, as Trustor, to
<br />ARTHUR C. MAYER, as Trustee, for the benefit of LACY BUILDING & SUPPLY CO., INC., a /k/a Lacy Building &
<br />Supply Co., a Nebraska corporation, as Berefieiwry, da ed April =, 1995 = r?d record+ ?a in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 95- 101976 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />Quarter (W %2SE' /4); thence westerly along the north line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W %SE' /4), a distance of Seven Hundred Nine and Sixty -two Hundredths (709.62) feet; thence deflecting
<br />left 1070 10'34" and running southeasterly a distance of Eight Hundred Thirty -Eight and Six Tenths (838.6)
<br />feet; thence easterly, a distance of Four Hundred Seventy -nine and Fifty -two Hundredths (479.52) feet, to a
<br />point on the east line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W %2SE' /4), thence northerly along said
<br />east line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W %SE' /4), a distance of Seven Hundred Eighty and
<br />Four Tenths (780.4) feet to the place of beginning; and
