Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 19, 1998 from trustor(s) Thomas A. Consbruck and Kathleen S. Consbruck
<br />for the benefit of TMS Mortgage Inc., dba The Money Store now known as HomEq
<br />Servicing Corporation which Deed of Trust was recorded June 23, 1998 as Inst. No. 98-
<br />106079 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all Interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
