<br />Island, Fall County, Nebraska: Comprising all of Lot Twenty -One (21),!$1 -and
<br />Acres, Subdivision, situated in Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section
<br />Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Lange Nine (9) West of the 61" P.M. in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Tract containing 2.44 acres
<br />more or less.
<br />GRANTOR covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
<br />that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
