<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE and DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, CHARLES B. HAGEDORN AND JULIE A. HAGEDORN, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />was /were the original Trustor(s), SECURITY FIRST BANK, was the original Trustee, and SECURITY FIRST
<br />MORTGAGE L.L.C., was the original Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated May 8, 2001, and

<br />Whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place
