<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated February 12, 2004, executed by TERRY WALTER ENTERPRISES, INC.,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 8,
<br />2004, recorded as Instrument No. 0200402120 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />The West One Third (W 1/3) of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seven (7) in Hann's Third Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a rectangular tract of ground having a South Frontage of Fifty Three
<br />(53) feet and Eight (8) inches on Charles Street in said City, and a depth of One Hundred and Six (106) feet, together
<br />with a right of way easement over and across the North Ten (10) Feet of the West One Third (W 1/3) of said Lot Five
<br />(5) for driveway purposes..
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Neb nd of July, 2004.
