ROBERT G. MEINECKE and JOYCE J. MEINECKE, husband and wife,
<br />Grantors, in consideration of - - - - -- -ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND

<br />JOYCE J. MEINECKE, husband and wife, convey to Grantees, as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real

<br />land in Lot "D" in Garden Subdivision of Lot One (1) of the
<br />Mainland in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: Starting at a point on the West line of
<br />said Section, 955.1 feet South of the Northwest corner of the
<br />Section, said point also being 215.6 feet South of the
<br />Northwest corner of Lot "D ", thence East and parallel to the
<br />North line of Lot "D" a distance of 353.5 feet, thence South
<br />123.2 feet, thence West 373.5 feet to the secticn line, thence
<br />North on section line 123.2 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />said tract containing one acre, more or less, and now known as
<br />Lot One (1) , Garden Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors covenant (jointly and severally) with the Grantees
<br />that Grantors:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant awill defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful c a ms of all persons.
