KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Donald L. Brewer A/K/A Donald E. Brewer and Beverly
<br />J. Bewer, Husband and Wife, Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />WELLS FARGO BANK. N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY
<br />CONSOLIDATION TO THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 23, 1991 and recorded May 30,
<br />1991, as Document #91- 103311 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Sixteen (16) in Block One (1) in Dickey Third Subdivision, a
<br />Resubdivision of all of Blocks One (1) and Two (2), Dickey Second Subdivision of
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
