DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2001, executed by Karen A Frauen, A Single
<br />Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200111319 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of November, 2001.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />S1/2 W1/2 NW1 /4 1 -11 -9 HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
