<br />point of beginning; said tract containing 9.5 acres more or
<br />less of which 0.5 acres is state road right -of -way and 0.9
<br />acres county road right -of -way.
<br />NOTE: Reserving, however, unto Grantors and their heirs
<br />and assigns, the full use of and access for ingress and
<br />egress in and to the out buildings, including grain bins
<br />and cattle pens located upon the above - described real
<br />estate.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
