<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND (Secured
<br />Party) by WILLIAM P. JEFFRIES AND BETH R. JEFFRIES, of a Lease dated July 26,
<br />2004, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and WILLIAM P. JEFFRIES and BETH R.
<br />JEFFRIES are the Lessees, such lease commenced July 26, 2004, and terminates July
<br />25, 2039, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18) and Eighteen -A (18 -A), having a lake front footage of 125
<br />Feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and
<br />being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW' /4), in
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to
<br />Home Federal Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE
<br />HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY and NO /DOLLARS
<br />($128,250.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - described
<br />premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
