WILLIAM P. JEFFRIES and BETH R. JEFFRIES, husband and wife,
<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL BANK, GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor
<br />by Assignee in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
<br />and No /100 Dollars ($128,250.00) the Lease dated July 26, 2004 wherein Kuester Lake,
<br />Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following- described
<br />premises:
<br />Lots Eighteen (18) and Eighteen -A (18 -A), having a lake front footage of
<br />125 feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and
<br />being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW' /4), in
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of One Hundred
<br />Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($128.250.00), with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
