<br />ZISKA PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received
<br />from GRANTEE, EMILIE RODRIGUEZ
<br />conveys to Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />All that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Three (3), in Lakeview, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point Fifty Six (56) Feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot Four (4) in
<br />said Block; running Thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Lots, a distance
<br />of Seventy (70) Feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary line of said Lot Four (4),
<br />a distance of Forty Two (42) Feet; thence West, a distance of Seventy (70) Feet; and thence
<br />North a distance of Forty Two (42) Feet to the place of beginning EXCEPTING therefrom a
<br />tract of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 21, Page 685.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
