DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by A. Alan
<br />Strauch and Ruth E. Strauch, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, N. A., FKA NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated as of August 27, 1991, and recorded on September 9, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 106202,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and
<br />reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right,
<br />title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of
<br />Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal Description:
<br />Lot Nine (9) and the North Two - Thirds (2/3) of Lot Eleven (11), in Block Three (3) in College
<br />Addition to West Lawn, Hall County, Nebraska, and also a parcel of land commencing at
<br />the Southeast corner of the North 2/3 of Lot 11, in Block Three (3), in College Addition to
<br />West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, thence west along the south line of said
<br />North 2/3 of said Lot Eleven (11), to the southwest corner of said North 213 of said Lot
<br />Eleven (11), thence south parallel to the east line of said Lot, Ten (10) feet, thence east on
<br />a line distance Ten (10) feet from the south line of said North 2/3 of laid Lot Eleven (11) to
<br />the east line of said Lot Eleven (11), thence North Ten (10) feet to the place of beginning,
<br />being the North Ten (10) feet of the tract of that part of Lot Eleven (11) lying immediately
<br />south of the North 2/3 of Lot Eleven (11), in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
