<br />AND CRAIG M RUPP, WIFE & HUSBAND as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 9, 1999, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 99- 108109 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
