<br />STEVE JOHNSON and GINGER JOHNSON, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of Lot Two (2) Heavenly Haven Third Subdivision, located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. The centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and
<br />right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot Two (2) Heavenly Haven
<br />Third Subdivision; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot Two
<br />(2), a distance of one hundred fifty three and fifty two hundredths (153.52)
<br />feet to the actual Point of Beginning; thence deflecting left 87 °6'11" and
<br />running Westerly, a distance of three hundred forty five (345.0) feet. The
<br />side lines of the above described tract shall be prolonged or shortened as
<br />required to terminate on the Easterly boundary of Grantor's property.
