TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JAMES W HUEBNER AND ROBYNE L HUEBNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND SHANE
<br />T PETERSEN AND KATHRINE M PETERSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 and recorded SEPTEMBER 29, 1994 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #9f- 108041
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 23, 1995 AND
<br />RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 1995 AS DOC # 95- 106343;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />THE EASTERLY 2/3 OF LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK FIFTY -SIX (56) ORIGINAL. TOWN, NOW CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NE
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
