<br />the Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration received
<br />from the Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto VerMaas Land Company,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, herein called the Grantee, the following described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block Twenty -Six (26), Original Town of
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns, that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance,
<br />except easements and restrictions of record; that Grantors have good, right, and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
