<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 17, 2001, executed by Elmer D. Stelk and Nola L. Stelk, as Trustees
<br />on behalf of The Stelk Family Trust; and Elmer D. Stelk and Nola L. Stelk, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on April 24, 2001,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200103615 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), Fireside Estates Second Subdivision located in the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth P.m.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21" of July, 2004.
