WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 17,
<br />2003, executed by GERARDO ZAVALA, a single person, as Trustor, in
<br />which DAWN M. PEARD of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on December 17, 2003, as Document No. 200316110, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from DAWN M. PEARD of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The North 310 Feet of Lots Eighteen (18) and Nineteen
<br />(19) of Sass Subdivision located on part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4 NE1 /4) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19 day of July,
