WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated December 6, 2002 and executed by John R. Gunderson, not personally but as Trustee
<br />on behalf of JOCAR LIVING TRUST, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200213590
<br />in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska dated December 9, 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />See Attached Exhibit A
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 14th day of July, 2004.
