<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County , Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 28, 2000 and November 1, 2002 executed by Marvin
<br />G. Welty and Alice Marie Welty Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was Entered as Instrument
<br />Numbers 0200003682 on May 8, 2000, and 00200211968 on November 1, 2002 in the Hall County Register of
<br />Deed's Office.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Marvin Welty Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deeds of Trust dated April 28, 2000 and November 1,
<br />2002, Entered as Instrument Numbers 0200003682 and 0200211968 in the Register of Deed's of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 14th day of July, 2004.
