The <br />Petitioner appears in person and by and through her attorney, Micheal A. Ireland. <br />The Respondent appears pro se. <br />The parties announce to the Court that they have reached an agreement on <br />issues involving custody and child support. The Court, after having a review of the <br />file, finds as follows: <br />1. That parties have agreed that the minor child of the parties, Jace Jonathan <br />Bryant, should live with the Respondent /Father, as of March 12, 2004. <br />2. The Respondent's child support shall terminate as of March 12, 2004. Any <br />monies received after March 12, 2004, that are attributed to child support after said <br />date, are to be returned to the Respondent by the Petitioner. <br />3. The child support from the Petitioner to the Respondent shall begin April <br />1, 2004 and continue each month thereafter until modified by Court order. Child <br />support beginning April 1, 2004 from the Petitioner to the Respondent shall be in <br />the amount of $329.00 per month. All payments should be sent through: <br />Kansas Payment Center <br />PO Box 756599 <br />Topeka, Kansas 66675 <br />4. Any uninsured medical, dental, eye glass, or other associated expenses and <br />costs shall be paid on the same percentages as the child support work sheet with <br />the Petition having 38% and the Respondent having 62 %. <br />5. The Petitioner shall continue to maintain the health insurance upon the <br />minor child. <br />6. The parties agree that they can exercise visitation between themselves <br />and believe that a scheduled visitation is not in the child's best interest. <br />
