The Petitioner appears in person and by and through her attorney, Micheal A. Ireland. The Respondent appears pro se. The parties announce to the Court that they have reached an agreement on issues involving custody and child support. The Court, after having a review of the file, finds as follows: 1. That parties have agreed that the minor child of the parties, Jace Jonathan Bryant, should live with the Respondent /Father, as of March 12, 2004. 2. The Respondent's child support shall terminate as of March 12, 2004. Any monies received after March 12, 2004, that are attributed to child support after said date, are to be returned to the Respondent by the Petitioner. 3. The child support from the Petitioner to the Respondent shall begin April 1, 2004 and continue each month thereafter until modified by Court order. Child support beginning April 1, 2004 from the Petitioner to the Respondent shall be in the amount of $329.00 per month. All payments should be sent through: Kansas Payment Center PO Box 756599 Topeka, Kansas 66675 4. Any uninsured medical, dental, eye glass, or other associated expenses and costs shall be paid on the same percentages as the child support work sheet with the Petition having 38% and the Respondent having 62 %. 5. The Petitioner shall continue to maintain the health insurance upon the minor child. 6. The parties agree that they can exercise visitation between themselves and believe that a scheduled visitation is not in the child's best interest.
