<br />CONSTRUCTION DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Danny D. Harkins and Lori A. Harkins, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of September 4, 2003, and
<br />recorded on September 8, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200311940, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.

<br />Lot Four (4), In Block One (1), In Ponderose Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Kall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
