<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2001 executed by Steven R Wessels and Belinda K
<br />Wessels FKA Belinda K Chrisp, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as 'So
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200108288, on the 17th day of
<br />August, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK TWO (2) OF DALE ROUSH SECOND SUBDIVISION,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
