<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Jay N. Longfellow and
<br />Julie A. Longfellow to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Union Bank and
<br />Trust Company the beneficiary named therein, dated 2/25/2002 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book Page Instrument No. 0200202124 has
<br />been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block Fifteen (15), Ashton Place Addition, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
