WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust :Wade among GERALD E.
<br />SMITH AND ELIZABETH J. SMITH, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank -51-50
<br />and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated
<br />December 29, 1998, and recorded on January 5, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 99- 100077 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />SEVENTEEN (17), IN CHARLES W ASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
