RADKE, JR., ( "Borrowers ") and PRECISION SIDING & CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY ( "Lender' "), and was recorded on March 21,1994 with the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds, State of Nebraska, under Instrument No. 94- 102261, encumbering the real estate <br />described therein for the purpose of securing the payment of an indebtedness, also described <br />therein: <br />WHEREAS. PRI?:CISI(�N SIDING] & CO ,'S, 1N IO1N COMPANY assigned said <br />Deed to STATEWIDE MORTGAGE COMPANY on February 18,1994 and was record in said <br />Registry on May 10, 1994, under Instrument No. 94- 103869; and <br />WHEREAS, STATEWIDE MORTGAGE COMPANY assigned said Deed and <br />indebtedness to GREEN COUNTRY FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION on <br />March 24, 1994 and was recorded in said Registry on May 16, 1994, under Instrument No. 94- <br />104064; and <br />WHEREAS, LOCAL OKLAHOMA BANK, f /k /a LOCAL FEDERAL BANK, FSB, <br />(successor in interest to LOCAL AMERICAN BANK OF TULSA, F.S.B., successor in interest <br />to GREEN COUNTRY BANK, FSB, f /k /a Green Country Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association) assigned said Deed and indebtedness to THE CADLE COMPANY on October <br />25, 1999, but effective as of September 30, 1999, and was recorded in said Registry on <br />December 14,1999 under Instrument No. 99- 111771; and <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by said Deed has been paid in full, and <br />there is nothing due or owing in connection therewith. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, THE CADLE COMPANY, as <br />owner of the indebtedness secured by said Deed, acknowledges settlement and satisfaction <br />thereof and does hereby release and discharge the lien to secure same in full. <br />EXECUTED this /10 day of June, 2004. <br />d in the presence of: THE CADLE COMPANY, an Ohio corporation <br />B y: a-X v <br />- - <br />Timothy t Dugic, Assistant Vice President <br />
