<br />August 15, 1989 made to FIVE POINTS BANK, by Richard K. Bunger & Peggy Jo Bunger,
<br />husband and wife on the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />RAILROAD ADDITION AND ITS COMPLEMENT TO -WIT: FRACTIONAL LOT (5), IN
