<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among DOUG F G
<br />BROADWELL AND TONJA J BROADWELL, FIKIA TONJA J. BRUNSWICK, husband Sr,
<br />and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, �p
<br />dated July 25, 2003, and recorded on July 31, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2003 -09917 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of'1'rust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
